  • Supervisor the day to day operations of the logistics team
  • Manage the performance of all couriers using various performance metrics
  • Implement and review courier routes and pick schedules to improve productivity
  • Monitor the overtime spending and overall budget on a regular basis
  • Maintain the required personnel to meet metrics; interview and hire when needed
  • Manage and maintain branch vehicles according to Corporate Fleet standards
  • Ensure all couriers are meeting the expectation for customer service
  • Participate in ride-alongs to provide coaching and mentorship
  • Provide recognition, feedback and constructive criticism to the entire team
  • Develop performance plans for any couriers not meeting expectations
  • Ensure all required equipment is maintained and working properly
  • Address and resolve any client related issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with courier or dispatch duties when necessary Requirements:


License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/3-5 years experience, but an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience working in a medical courier environment
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Prior experience managing couriers/drivers and scheduling routes is a plus
  • Familiarity with managing costs and the overall budget
  • Comfortability with using metrics to manager direct reports
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Very punctual and strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to problem solve customer issues
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position




Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm Alternating weekends
