The Integrated Marketing Manager develops and implements marketing campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, strategies and priorities for specified initiatives across the organization. This includes working across the enterprise to effectively drive awareness of key differentiation attributes within the market via end-to-end, integrated campaigns and track performance. The successful candidate is proactive and creative, and is able to negotiate, influence. This role will be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive deadlines for the business, in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.

In addition to external-facing campaigns, the Integrated Marketing Manager also develops sales campaign playbooks to both inform sales on upcoming in-market campaigns with the sales process. The Integrated Marketing Manager oversees the end-to-end buyer journey, which includes Sales-ready collateral, content, and other tools. These resources help to see-through the return on higher-funnel investments, as well as build relationships with sales and customers. This includes working with Product Marketing and/or Sales Operations/Administrators to develop methods for leveraging the campaign playbooks.

  • Play an active role in delivering the brand experience, voice, and visuals across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with Product & Segment Marketers to understand business goals and strategies, market sizing and insights, and product positioning
  • Understand customer insights and be able to apply within campaign strategies
  • Apply journey-development strategies, along with targeting and segmentation principles (leveraging automation tools) to target the right message to the right person at the right time
  • Create and execute campaign plans that bring an audience-focused spotlight across the enterprise, including business units, service areas and therapeutic areas
  • Understand key campaign metrics and analyze information to track success and proactively make recommendations to optimize campaign, channel and tactical performance
  • Guide content strategy and messaging architecture (including advertising, landing pages, websites, emails, collateral, and other external-facing assets) in collaboration with Product & Segment Marketers
  • Project manage a diverse content array on time and within budget
  • Work across organizational structures gracefully, including the marketing team, sales and operations in decision making
  • Master channel usage and proactively explore new channel options


Minimum Required

  • 6-10 years related experience.
  • Demonstrated digital marketing and content strategy experience, including omni-channel marketing experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to influence, negotiation and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • History of data-driven decision making and the ability to analyze reporting to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Demonstrated skill in message development and channel execution.
  • Knowledge of communications, production, terminology and strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Master's degree a strong plus
  • Excellent understanding of scientific principles.
  • Technical/scientific editing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and CRMs.
