Specialty Development Executive - Mid America
The Specialty Development Executive (SDE) plays a vital role in driving new business growth and managing retention of clinical toxicology business in the MidAmerica geographic territory (TX, OK, NM, UT, CO, AR, KS, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, MT, ID, WY). The primary role for this position is to grow medical drug monitoring and medication assisted treatment business. The Clinical Tox SDE will work closely with the MidAmerica divisional sales team and counterparts. The location for this position is negotiable, however it is preferred the individual be within the indicated territory, with a preference for location in Texas.
Responsibilities will include:
-Meeting and exceeding monthly territory new business goals
-Motivating divisional sales teams to be engaged in this product line through joint selling
-Prospecting new leads and upselling current clients
-Leading trainings for divisional sales teams to educate and update on the product line
-Driving growth and managing retention
-Remaining current on clinical and payer guidelines
-Travel up to 25%
BA/BS degree required.
Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience required or at least one year of Clinical Tox sales experience required.
Successful track record of selling required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requires a valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
