We are seeking a Support Services Supervisor to join our team in Calabasis, CA
The Support Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the work of other employees within the departments. The position will coordinate staff training, scheduling, production, payroll, performance reviews, and other personnel responsibilities.
Position Summary: Directs all facility maintenance and oversees analytical lab assistants in support of lab operations. Essential Job Duties: Schedules and oversees all facets of building projects and routine maintenance, working closely with contractors and subcontractors.
Oversees lab assistants in properly handling and disposing of hazardous, medical and radiation waste.
Manages the security of the facility including key card access and hiring contract security when needed.
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in related field.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
