The Retail Leasing Project Manager is a key member of the LabCorp at Walgreens team. This position, reporting to the VP of Corporate Real Estate, and dotted line to the Program Manager, will enable the program to achieve the opening of 600 retail locations for LabCorp at Walgreens with scope, schedule, and budget while creating alignment and adherence to the Corporate Real Estate guidelines and standards.
Provide project management oversight and tracking for Labcorp at Walgreens real estate leasing deliverables.
Prepare floorplans for space calculation, create pro rata rent and fair market value calculations, track financial business cases for LabCorp at Walgreens.
Coordinate all due diligence with legal team related to leases with Walgreens and LabCorp.
Manage and track the business zoning research function for all retail locations.
Collaborate with procurement to manage the ordering process for furniture deliveries.
Manage and track rent commencement letters, site closure letters and landlord notices.
Attend weekly status calls as part of the LabCorp at Walgreens program management team.
Escalate issues and develop reporting, tracking tools and templates to ensure quality and efficiency of data sharing.
Create yearly project management plan to align with the Master schedule and program management team goals and objectives.
5-7 years of project management experience
Minimum of a BA/BS degree in a related field, CAPM or PMP, leasing certification,
5+ years' experience working in commercial retail real estate, space planning, and/or retail leasing
Experience with managing complex schedules.
Motivated and takes initiative to improve processes and provide business solutions.
Excellent abilities to track and maintain high levels of detail with large sets of data.
