IT Specialist position supports client IT needs for the Atlantic Division. This position is responsible for supporting clients via telephone, email or through online support programs. This role provides support for troubleshooting hardware, software and configuration issues and providing training necessary to support our various LabCorp applications.
The primary responsibility for this position will be to maintain the NRPT (No Report) log for the Atlantic. This position will float between working the NRPT log, fielding level one support calls and emails for the Atlantic division internal support department.
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/3-5 years of experience.
