  • Prepare and qualify bids and scopes of work (SOWs) with biopharma service customers/sponsors/clients to ensure appropriate service is provided.
  • Review bid and proposal packages, sale price estimates for protocols, bid requests, study revisions.
  • Assist in making recommendations on desirable proposals based on established financial and operational criteria, as required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate proposal processes to ensure smooth and timely business process flow by working with the stakeholders including, scientific, legal, IT, BIF, regulatory, finance departments, in addition to external sponsor/client.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that proposals and deliverable are complete and answer their needs.
  • Assist with establishing Data Transfer Plans and Agreements.
  • Coordinate review of client deliverables internally and with external client or sponsor according to established Data Transfer Plans.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal team members and external sponsors where necessary.
  • Assist the SPM (Scientific Project Manager) in establishing project workflows and monitoring client/sponsor projects.
  • Ensure that SPM and BioPharma Services (BPS) team are fully informed about client's needs.
  • Identify possible efficiencies and processes for work stream of BPS team, including coordination with the SPM other internal groups.
  • Assist in establishing BPS workflows for new technologies or NGS applications.
  • Assist in the tracking and receipt of client samples and deliverables.
  • Track and monitor active bids/quotes in the pipeline.
  • Interact with scheduling or project management groups to identify the dates for study or service initiation and assist with needs as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities with sponsors and liaise with appropriate internal staff for follow-up.
  • Creatively identify ways to secure open proposals by working with scientific staff, finance, management and others.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to pertinent departmental policies, practices, and procedures [SOPs), safety procedures and biosafety protocols.
  • Maintain social media channels and coordinate content and posts.


  • BS/MS: 10+ years (Preferred) in Oncology/Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical focused Industry
  • Scientific experience within oncology, biotechnology and/or biopharmaceuticals research
  • Strong interest in applying scientific background within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and consulting industries
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear analytical thought process with excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Project and /or product management experience
  • Ability to work intensively on multiple project streams in a variety of areas, legal, finance, regulatory, laboratory operations, etc.
