  • Where can I find job opportunities with Labcorp?

    All of our open positions are listed on our careers site, When you locate a position that you want to apply to, simply click on the ‘Apply Now’ button to begin the application process.

  • How can I apply for a position at Labcorp?

    Your application begins when you create an account for yourself that is similar to a resume. Your account/application contains all of your relevant personal, work and education information, what you are looking for in a position, and general questions that we ask all applicants. Once your account has been created, you can link it to any open position by clicking the ‘Apply’ button. You will be asked a series of pre-screening questions prior to your application being submitted for the job. At the end of the online employment process your application will be submitted and reviewed by our Human Resources staff.

    Depending on your computer proficiency, it generally takes about 10 to 20 minutes to create an account and apply for a position using the online process.

  • May I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

    Yes, we encourage you to apply for any position you feel you are qualified for. Once you have created an application, your information is saved in the Labcorp employment database. Your information is recalled and may be updated when you log into our careers site for any future applications. We encourage you to update your application whenever your information/work experience changes.

  • Should I e-mail, fax or mail you a copy of my resume and cover letter, even if I have applied online?

    No. Once you have submitted an application, you do not need to contact Labcorp to provide additional information unless you are specifically requested to do so. All the information required to consider your application is within the online application.

  • Will you contact me about the progress of my submission?

    When your application is received, you will be sent an acknowledgement via email. If a hiring manager determines your skills match the needs of the position, you will be contacted for further screening and consideration. We recommend you use the same e-mail address each time you visit our careers page.

  • Why don't you show pay ranges for all of your positions on the careers website?

    Compensation is based on the amount of related work experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, and other evaluated skill sets for the position. The compensation package is sometimes quoted after confirmation of the above components.

  • How can I update my information?

    You can update your account by accessing the Labcorp Careers center at and clicking on Already Registered? Login Here. Select the option to ‘Sign In’ in the top right corner of the screen. Once you have entered your e-mail address and the password, which you selected when you initially created your account, your information will be available for review within seconds. To update your contact information, select ‘Edit Profile’ in the left hand navigation. You will be prompted to update your professional and educational experience prior to submitting your application to an open position.

  • When does a human resources professional receive my application?

    When you have completed the application, you will receive a congratulatory message telling you that your application has been completed. At this point, your application is forwarded to the recruiter.

  • May I change the answers to a screening questionnaire or skills assessment if I've already taken it?

    Screening questionnaires and skills assessments cannot be edited once they are completed. Unless otherwise noted, they are not timed tests, so please take your time to think about your answers before completing the questions.

  • Will Labcorp notify me of future open positions, as they become available?

    Yes. Once you create an account on the Labcorp careers site, you will have the option of creating a search agent using the ‘Notify Me’ option. This option is located on the top of our careers page once you have logged into the system. Simply click on the icon labeled ‘Notify Me’, and follow the instructions.

  • Why does Labcorp use an online application system?

    As a service to our communities, it is important to make our open positions available to anyone who is seeking employment. We value customer service, speed in processing the application, and selection of the most qualified candidate. Online technology permits Labcorp to communicate directly with candidates and respond to their questions/needs quickly. We can also automatically match candidates to the requirements of the position and forward the candidate application to hiring managers in minutes.

  • What happens to my application once a position I've applied for is filled?

    Once a position is filled, the candidates who are not chosen for the position are automatically notified via email.

  • What about the confidentiality of my application information?

    Your information is private and is not shared with anyone outside Labcorp and its affiliate organizations. It is used for employment purposes only.
